St. Augustine, Fla. (August 26, 2025) – Soon summer temperatures will ease, and festival season kicks up on Florida’s Historic Coast. With an array of events, from family-friendly to more sophisticated, everyone can find their version of fun.
September is all about music with the Sing Out Loud Festival, from Sept. 12-28. The multi-week celebration features live music at venues throughout St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach. The Live Wildly Showcase on Sept. 20-21 brings Hozier, beabadoobee, Vance Joy, and other big-name performers to Francis Field, while local, regional, and national artists perform intimate concerts, workshops, and more.
Hosted by the Holy Trinity Greek Church, the St. Augustine Greek Festival, taking place Oct. 11-12, offers a variety of Greek cuisine, desserts, wines, folk dancing, and a shopping market. Blues music dominates that stage at the St. Benedict the Moor Blues Festival, Oct. 24-26. The annual festival, held in historic Lincolnville, features Southern cuisine and a mix of traditional and contemporary blues music, with proceeds benefiting the restoration of the historic St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church.
CROCtoberfest at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park on Oct. 4 is an adults-only celebration of beer that pairs local and regional craft brews with conservation and wildlife education. The Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife Festival, from Nov. 7-9, brings together fine wine, beer, spirits, and food, all in support of local conservation efforts. This three-day, adults-only festival features live wildlife demonstrations and ticketed food events featuring local restaurants and beverage purveyors.
The Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve celebrates National Estuaries Week with Estuary Fest 2025, a free event on Sept. 27, featuring food, music, and entertainment. Relive Florida’s rich cowboy history at the 66th Annual Cracker Day on Oct. 11, with demonstrations by experienced riders, livestock, a petting zoo, and a farmer’s market. The Hastings Main Street Fall Festival of Art returns October 25 with a Farm Tour visiting five local farms, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the region’s agricultural heritage, and free family fun along North Main Street in Hastings, where live performances, a Kids Zone, and a vibrant artisan market showcase the heart of the community.
Fans of horror can meet their favorite stars and participate in panels and interactive events at Scream City Con 2025 on October 25-26.
For over two decades, the Ponte Vedra Auto Show has been one of the premier automotive events in the area, showcasing over 200 classic cars, modern collectibles, and supercars. Designed for families and auto aficionados, the event kicks off on Nov. 2.
The family-favorite Sykes Family Farm Crop Maze returns from Oct. 4 to Nov. 2, featuring a 9-acre corn maze, you-pick sunflowers, hayrides, activities, and food. Casual and experienced athletes can choose from a host of events to test their endurance. Race through Historic Downtown St. Augustine at the Pink Up the Pace 5k on Oct. 4, Vilano Beach at the Jailbreak 5k on Oct. 25, or Anastasia State Park at the popular Endless Summer 10k & 5k on Nov. 15.
