Nayarit at The Food event from LA Magazine

Los Angeles, California November 3, 2024. Nayarit participated in the 18th edition of The Food Event 2024 by Los Angeles Magazine. The event took place at the iconic infield of Santa Anita Park in Los Angeles, California.

LA Magazine brings its culinary editorial content to life through The Food Event, a day highlighting Los Angeles’ epicurean scene with more than 40 iconic local restaurants, each selected by the editorial team and serving exclusive flavors. There were live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs, over 20 samples of wines, beers, and cocktails, and around 1,000 food and wine enthusiasts, including magazine readers, attended.

Nayarit was represented with logos on all event screens and had a stand to provide information about the state’s various tourist attractions, its partnership with the Los Angeles Lakers, and to distribute promotional items. Among those visiting the stand were Jazmín Galván, Head of the Tourism Promotion Department at the Consulate General of Mexico in Los Angeles; chef Marco Cerruti, a Michelin Pedigree chef from LA; and content creators interested in learning more about the state’s culinary scene.

Nayarit truly shines as a culinary destination, offering a delicious and diverse array of flavors. From coastal restaurants serving fresh seafood to fine dining establishments, the culinary scene reflects both the region’s rich heritage and its ever-evolving culinary creativity.
