The menu, curated by Executive Chef Rogelio Domínguez, showcases a refined selection of Italian classics, including Penne all’Arrabbiata with tomato, garlic, and a subtle heat; Gnocchi alla Carbonara prepared in the traditional style; Bavette ai Funghi with sautéed mushrooms; and salt-crusted fish, slowly cooked to preserve its natural flavor and juiciness. The experience concludes with a classic tiramisù and a refreshing glass of limoncello served as a digestif.
