St. Augustine, Fla. (August 28, 2025) – The spirited oceanside celebrated, Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife Festival returns to Vilano Beach November 7-9, 2025. The event benefits the Vilano Beach Main Street and St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park.

Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife features tastings of fine wines, beers, spirits, and other specialty beverages, paired with epicurean creations from some of Florida’s Historic Coasts’ most beloved culinary minds. Wildlife professionals will also be on hand, offering interactive programs that showcase coastal wildlife, including alligators and reptiles. The festival features four individually ticketed events, a silent auction, and awards for the best food and beverages. All attendees must be 21 years or older.
Vilano A1A Soirée – Friday, November 7, 2025, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm
The Hyatt Place Vilano Beach plays host to the Vilano A1A Soirée. Guests receive a souvenir tasting glass for unlimited samples of beer, wine, and spirits, while an array of local restaurants will serve up savory and sweet bites.

Alligator Farm VIP Behind the Scenes Tour – Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
W3 Grand Tasting – Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
The W3 Grand Tasting at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach and along the adjacent streets is Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife’s main event. In addition to food and beverage tastings, guests can enjoy wildlife demonstrations led by educators from the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park. They can also bid at the Vilano Beach Main Street Silent Auction, which features items such as art, travel packages, and food and drink packages. The Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife Best Taste and People’s Choice Awards are presented at the W3 Grand Tasting.
