Nayarit Hosts Successful LGBTQ+ Press Trip in Celebration of Inclusion Month

Sayulita, Nayarit – June 2025 – The state of Nayarit has successfully concluded a dedicated press trip with top-tier media outlets specializing in LGBTQ+ content, reinforcing its commitment to inclusion and its appeal as a premier destination for diverse travelers.

In celebration of Inclusion Month, the participating journalists were hosted in the vibrant town of Sayulita, with accommodations provided by the stylish Hotel Sayulinda. The itinerary showcased some of Riviera Nayarit’s most iconic experiences, including a sailing tour of Banderas Bay, a visit to Terra Noble Beach Club in San Pancho, and a fine dining experience at La Casa by Thierry Blouet in Bucerías.

This initiative coincided with the 2025 edition of Bahía Pride, hosted in Sayulita—an event that has quickly become one of the most significant celebrations of LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion in Mexico. The LGBTQ+ community represents a high-value segment within the global tourism market, often referred to as the “pink economy.” With strong purchasing power and a growing demand for inclusive travel experiences, this market continues to play a vital role in the growth and diversification of Nayarit’s tourism industry.
