Hotel Mousai’s Spa Imagine Hosts June Wellness Experience

30-day Program will offer life-changing treatments that encourage a healthy lifesty

New York – May 20, 2015 – Spa Imagine, sitting like a crown jewel on the 15th floor of Hotel Mousai and offering a 360 degree view of Puerto Vallarta’s unspoiled ocean and lush rainforest, will be the host Spa of an innovative wellness retreat titled June Wellness.
 
The nurturing, self- awareness retreat was developed in collaboration with the Mindfulhabits project to provide guests with the ability to make simple and active lifestyle choices for a healthier being.
 
Guests will be able to partake in special classes, including power yoga, vinyasa flow, pilates, dance, swim, running and paddle boarding. Wellness specialists, including Mindfulhabits founder Karoll S Gonzalez, will also offer lectures, workshops and personal treatments to encourage the healthy lifestyle in mind, body and soul.  Special menus will also be provided with natural juices, smoothies and more.
 
An online community has also been created using the hashtag #MHproject where participants can share their experiences and inspire each other to continue actively making changes to their lives even after their stay at Hotel Mousai is over.
